Personal Pitstop Express Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Personal Pitstop Express for your vehicle cleaning needs. We are committed to providing our customers with top-notch service, but we understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund or cancellation may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds and cancellations.

Refunds
All refund requests must be made in person at your nearest Personal Pitstop Express location. Please present your receipt or proof of purchase when making the request.
Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited. If you paid by cash, a cash refund will be issued.
The refund amount will be based on the services purchased and any services already rendered.
Please allow up to 7 business days for credit card refund processing.

Cancellations
Customers wishing to cancel an Unlimited Club plan may do so online via our website or in person at any Personal Pitstop Express location.
By enrolling in the Unlimited Club plan, you authorize Personal Pitstop Express to charge your credit card the full amount at the selected interval, with a minimum of one (1) month. This automatic charge will remain in effect until you cancel the plan.
A minimum of three days’ notice is required for cancellation before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for mid-interval cancellations.
We reserve the right to cancel the Unlimited Club plan at any time if the credit card is declined or invalid. Personal Pitstop Express also reserves the right to change the billing rate with 30 days’ notice.
The Personal Pitstop Express Unlimited plan is for personal use only and is not valid for taxis, limousines, dealerships, or commercial use.
The plan cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, wash tickets, or gift cards. We retain the right to modify or cancel this program and specific memberships at any time.
Tampering with license plates could result in cancellation of the wash plan.
